Bottom Line - Does the Linden Method Work?
I struggled with panic attacks and anxiety disorders for years and I finally managed to overcome it through lots of willpower and dedication, but it took a long time and I definitely did it the hard way. I eventually discovered many of the techniques that Charles teaches on my own, but it was a long process and I believe that I could have been cured from this a lot sooner if I had a step-by-step guide like The Linden Method.
I have done a lot of research into the causes and treatment of panic attacks and I can say from experience that the techniques taugh by Charles Linden are widely accepted and very effective in curing panic attacks and all kinds of anxiety disorders. Perhaps the greatest advantage of The Linden Method is tha fact that the techniques are not difficult or scary, but rather easy and pleasant to implement..this method is not about “facing your fears”, in fact it is the exact opposite.
The Linden Method vs Other Programs
Based on my own research and experience I have found that there are 2 very different approaches to effectively dealing with panic attacks and anxiety disorders, both of which has a very good success rate.
The first approach is to learn to not be afraid of your anxiety or panic by facing the fear head on.
